As part of a mentorship program each year Shidoni would sponsor a holiday competition for its employees. Contestants were challenged to create small bronze sculptures and an independent juror would select the winner. The winner would receive a cash prize just in time for Christmas and Shidoni would produce the winning sculpture for sale. These Holidays Bronzes have become a popular collectors item.
