Renowned artist Bruce Newell has a career spanning 60 years. Most well-known for his animal sculptures, his works can be found throughout the west. Brahma Bull was inspired by his childhood on a cattle ranch. Unlike his smaller bronze works which take on a more abstract form, Brahma Bull which was sculpted in the less forgiving medium of steel represents a foray into realism.
